How Mayaa SH had to take bold stands for Anyone Who Questioned Her Support for Women Outrightly.

Mayaa said that when she decided to champion the cause of women across the country first; used to tell "you are too sophisticated for this field" as known as Lady Gandhi. She couldn't understand why pointing out her gender was necessary to be highlighted to be Strong and Determined in Life.

When she was about to hold a bold narrative for championing the causes for a more fair and equitable world for women ,she was told to go and get more educated. When she clarified that she already is educated she was told to research more, when she clarified that she understands the hearts and minds of many women, the person relented and said, you are a determined and obstinate woman you will do good as an activist.

Here's a look at Mayaa SH's ideology and how she is an inspiration to so many.

Mayaa mentions that she was a victim of gender bias as women have so far taken as not being able to break the glass ceiling. But she gradually learned to thrive. In an interview, she said that any person trying to talk about progressive norms in society for women were or are treated as a strange person roaming around who was not to be taken seriously, and as someone who couldn’t succeed. Mayaa said she avoided taking on helping many women to understand their matrimonial or 'women's cases' as she did not want to be tagged as not being fair to the concept of gender neutrality. She mentioned that any girl or woman of lesser age as compared to many had a problem accepting that a woman can be equally capable and intelligent with all her life's decisions including speaking her mind without fear and with dignity.

She pointed out that wasn't comfortable when many in the opposite gender called her 'Sir Mayaa'. Mayaa shut up anyone who wanted to make any woman feel inferior or questioned her talent and abilities. She believed in the power of a strong mind irrespective of gender and she herself engaged in talking to so many girls ,women and people in order to listen to them for navigating through stress. This was confident enough to sensitise many people to tackle any situation or challenge in life single handedly. She ardently made a position in the contemporary world and a name in the writing industry and is an inspiration for a lot of young women! Mayaa rose and cut across all barriers and through the ranks to become that name in the country to emulate that in order to understand women, you do not need to solve the most complicated mathematical equation in life but understand people's heart and be an empathy. She broke many glass ceilings in the process while earning respect and admiration, both inward and outward.

Mayaa's writings give an idea about her understanding of the various nuances of gender justice and rights of women and administration, and also has a standard string between all the chapters, i.e. women's representation and their rights. Mayaa's optimism enables her to take into account the paradigm changes in the legal profession. She notes the hardship of so many women authors, whom were or are denied permission to express freely as they are not considered fit or prepared for ‘the hustle bustle of the writing industry' and the recent trend of induction of more and more women in the field of women empowerment. However, even if women have reached such greater heights both personally and professionally it is quintessential that they represent themselves on each and every area of expertise and knowledge.
