1. What
is your purpose in life?
Ans: Finding purpose is all about
discovering your real self, exploring your passion and finding meaning from
different experiences of life. It is about finding fulfillment in your life. Our
values are beliefs that take us through life. Happiness, love and compassion
are all part of life. When we are real, we build courage and we define values, beliefs
in life. We are here to evolve, change and grow. Just focus on your strengths. It
is about how you feel about something. The purpose of life is to believe and to
strive. Your passion will lead you into your purpose. Work gives us purpose and
connects us to something bigger than ourself.
2. What
things resonate with you?
Ans: We must embrace the present
moment. Just be yourself. To know yourself is to love yourself and to love
yourself is everything. You are you and that is all you need to be. It's the
little things that matter. The little things connects us to all big things in
life. We all face challenges in life. Overcoming these difficulties shapes us
who we become and gives us strengths and perspectives. There's always a way to
turn things around. Explore what brings you happiness and just go there. Strength
is beautiful outcome of connecting yourself with life. Everything we go through
is meant to make us better.
3. What
makes you feel great about yourself?
Ans: Happiness is about embracing
life and making best of everything. Happiness is seeing life for what it is in
all the little moments. When you think about good, the good gets better. Find
hope in unknown spaces of life. Love makes you feel blissful. It is about
taking the moment, making best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen
next. When we feel blissful, we feel great about ourselves. No matter how
difficult the past, you can always begin again in life. The present is where
happiness lives the most. Just be happy with the beautiful things that make
you, you.
4. Why
is process of life so difficult?
Ans: Our life is difficult as we
want more and believe that we are already losing in life. Sometimes we all have
to deal with difficulties of life. Though life can have meaning and happiness, it
can also have difficulties and challenges at times. Every challenge prepares us
to handle the next difficulty. Embrace yourself for your courage. When we focus
on positive, life feels better. When we feel blissful for love we do have, we
show more love into our lives. We may face challenges but as we learn and grow
through them, we become more prepared to handle difficulties that life puts at
us. Think about what’s essential to you and let that show you a way forward in
life. Challenge gives us value, strength and courage.
5. How
do you envision the patterns of your life?
Ans: What we say uncertainty are
just patterns, we haven’t recognised. When there is something you need to
learn, something that you need to work on, the same situation will continue to
repeat itself until you learn from your experience or find a way of dealing
with that particular situation. Find your pattern. Problems keep repeating
themselves when you fear taking any risk. We repeat patterns as they are really
familiar to us. A good way of recognising patterns in your life is by following
to your feelings and thoughts. When you recognise a pattern, you can change it
by learning from your situation and in doing so, change your life. Change your
pattern, change your life. Achievement is about following the pattern of life
one loves the most.
